- 1 Flatout Thin Crust Artisan Flatbread, Rustic White
- 1/2 cup fat-free shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon balsamic reduction
- 5-6 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1/3 cup basil leaves, torn
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Place Flatout flatbread on a cookie sheet. Bake at 375°F for two minutes. Remove from the oven, and scatter the cheese over the flatbread. Arrange the tomatoes and basil leaves over the cheese. Bake at 375°F for four minutes or until cheese has melted. Remove from the oven and drizzle the balsamic reduction over the flatbread.
