Lemon Blueberry Cream Cheese Quesadilla
Ingredients
- 1 Flatout Flatbread
- Cream cheese to taste
- zest from 1 lemon
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 cup blueberries
Directions
1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
2. In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, lemon zest, and honey.
3. Spread the cream cheese mixture on entire Flatout flatbread, then top half the wrap with blueberries.
4. Fold the wrap in half and grill each side in a non-stick pan until golden brown.
