L.A. Style Bacon-Wrapped Hot Dog
Ingredients

- 1 Flatout 5 Grain Flax Folded Flatbread
- 1½ tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup sliced onion
- ½ cup sliced bell pepper
- 1 sliced jalapeño, cut lengthwise
- 1 slice turkey bacon, cut in half lengthwise
- 1 all-beef hot dog, cut in half crosswise
- Ketchup
- Mustard
- Mayonnaise
Directions
Heat olive oil in a medium pan, and sauté onion until translucent, for approximately 5 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
Follow the same process with bell peppers and jalapeño, sautéing each for approximately 5 minutes and then setting aside. Add more oil if necessary.
Once vegetables have been cooked, wrap sliced turkey bacon around hot dog halves. In the same pan, cook wrapped hot dogs until bacon is crispy all around, for approximately 10 minutes.
Heat FlatOut 5 Grain Flax Folded Flatbread in the same pan for 30 seconds on each side.
To assemble: place hot dogs in flatbread, and then top with onions, bell peppers, jalapeños, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise. Fold flatbread in half.
