Grilled Tropical Pizza
Ingredients

- 1 serving
- 1 Flatout Artisan Thin Pizza Crust
- 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 1/3 cup of grated mozzarella
- 1/3 cup of pineapple chunks
- 4 black olives, pitted and sliced
- 1 tablespoon of red bell pepper, diced
- 1/3 fresh small jalapeño, sliced
Directions
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Place a layer of tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese on flatbread pizza crust. Top with pineapple chunks, red bell pepper, olives, and jalapeño pepper.
Place the flatbread pizza on a large grill pan and cook for 8 minutes or until the cheese melts and begins to bubble. Serve immediately.
