The beauty of this recipe is that it is so completely simple, yet ingenious. Flatbread makes a good morning fabulous with its debut as French toast, filled with luscious nut butter and topped with fresh fruit. French Toast
Ingredients
- 1-2 Flatout flatbreads
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup Justin’s Nut Butter
- Coconut oil
Directions
Beat eggs in a shallow bowl. Coat flatbread with egg mixture, using a brush or dipping into the bowl. Heat a non-stick pan with some coconut oil and place a coated flatbread in pan for about a minute on each side, until toasty. Spread Justin’s Nut Butter on one side of the bread and fold over. Serve with fresh fruit, syrup, or pomegranate molasses.
