We had so much fun making the video for these hand dipped chocolate ice cream cones, we just had to keep shooting, and shooting, and shooting…. How can you blame us? Gone are the days of sugary, tooth achey cones. Flatout flatbreads are so versatile that you can turn them into just about anything sweet or savory, and enjoy healthy versions of your favorite treats. Hand Dipped Ice Cream Cones

Ingredients

  • Flatout Flatbreads (2 cones per flatbread)
  • Chocolate chips, melted
  • Chopped nuts
  • Candy sprinkles
  • Cookie crumbs
  • Ice Cream
  • Chocolate Syrup, Whipped Cream, Cherry (optional)

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Cut flatbreads in half. Roll each half into a cone shape and stuff with aluminum foil to hold their shape while you bake them until firm. Let cool completely, or freeze overnight. Dip open side into melted chocolate, then dip into nuts or other toppings. Freeze again if time allows. Fill with small scoops of ice cream. Add sauce, whipped cream and/or cherry.
