Banana Peanut Butter and Honey Roll-Ups
Ingredients
- 1 Flatout® Flatbread
- 1 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 Tablespoon honey
Directions
Spread peanut butter on flatbread. Slice one banana and spread evenly over the flatbread. Then, drizzle the honey on top. Roll up. Cut in half.

Do you know the nutritional values for this? Like calories and sugars mainly?
I make peanut butter, sliced bananas and raisins sandwiches on whole wheat bread every day. I’ve gotten hooked! Also, you can take it with you if, you need to, with out worrying about if it needing refrigeration.
Leave out the honey and seriously reduce the sugar. Or, use sugar free imitation honey if you want the flavor and don’t mind the imitation.

Sounds good to eat after or before a workout. Gona substitute the peanut butter for almond butter (since I’m can’t eat peanut butter). Sounds easy to make.
