Tuna Melt Foldit® Flatbread
Ingredients
- 1 Flatout Foldit® Artisan Flatbread
- 1 tuna can, drained
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
- 1 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
Mix tuna, celery, relish, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Place mixture on one half of Foldit, top with Cheddar cheese and fold. Cook in medium hot pan for 1 – 2 minutes until the flatbread begins to brown; flip and cook on second side until browned and cheese begins to bubble (approximately 1 – 2 minutes). Remove from pan and cut in half.
