Tomato-Basil Flatbread Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 Flatout® Flatbread
- 1/2 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 Tbsp. basil, chopped
- 3 oz. fresh mozzarella, sliced thin
Directions
Pre-bake flatbread for two minutes on a preheat grill or oven at 375 degrees. Remove. Top flatbread with cheese and tomatoes. Cook 4 or until cheese melts. Remove. Sprinkle basil over pizza. Cut into slices
Suggested Flatout: Light - Italian Herb, ProteinUp - SeaSalt & Crushed Black Pepper, Sundried Tomato

This is so good! I brush a little olive oil and sprinkle some garlic on it before adding the cheese and tomato. Our favorite healthy pizza.
Worked good! I forgot to put my pizza stone in the oven and cooked on baking sheets. Use non stick.
