Sweet Quesadillas
Ingredients
- 2 Flatout flatbreads
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 1 tablespoon marshmallow spread
- 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
- 3-4 strawberries, sliced
- 1 tablespoon peanut or nut butter
- 1 teaspoon chopped pecans
- Chocolate sauce
- Whipped cream
- Non-stick cooking spray
Directions
Place the flatbread on a work surface in front of you. Spread half of one flatbread with marshmallow spread, the other flatbread gets the nut butter. On the marshmallow, arrange banana slices and chocolate chips. On the nut butter, arrange strawberries, banana slices, and chocolate chips. Brush the edges of flatout with the egg wash, fold each flatbreads in half, and press the edges together with your fingertips. Spray a non-stick pan with cooking spray, then heat the pan over medium heat. Carefully place quesadillas in the pa, cooking for 4-5 minutes, flipping halfway through. Remove from the pan, cut into slices, and garnish with chocolate sauce and whipped cream.
