Squash Blossom Flatbread Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 Flatout Artisan Thin Pizza Crust Flatbread
- 5 squash blossoms, rinsed, stems removed
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- ½ tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
- ½ tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- ½ teaspoon fresh cilantro, chopped
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions
Preheat oven to 375° F. Place flatbread on a baking sheet and place in oven for two minutes. Remove from oven and set aside.
Combine oil, garlic and herbs in a small saucepan. Heat for 3-5 minutes over low medium heat. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Brush oil mixture on your flatbread. Cover evenly with cheese and top with squash blossoms. Place pizza back in the oven for 5 minutes or until cheese has melted and crust is golden brown. Slice and enjoy!
