Monte Cristo Quesadilla
Ingredients
- Weight Watchers® SmartPoints®: 9 per serving
- 1 Flatout flatbread Light Original
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon milk
- Dash of salt & pepper
- Pinch of paprika
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon ranch dressing
- 2 ounces deli ham
- 3 slices of deli pickles
- 1/2 ounce shredded asiago cheese
- Salt and freshly ground peppe
Directions
In a shallow bowl (big enough to dip your Flatout) whisk together egg, milk, salt, pepper and paprika. Spray a pan with non-stick spray and heat over medium. Place ham, pickles and cheese on half of the flatbread. Spread the mustard over the other half of the flatbread, the ranch on the other half. Fold flatbread in half. Using a brush, spread egg mixture on one side of flatbread. Place that side on heated pan. Spread egg mixture on top side of flatbread, and cook in the pan, flipping after 5 minutes. Transfer to plate, cut in slices.
