Who doesn’t love a hearty meat filled ravioli? These are made with flatbread and baked to crispy perfection. Feel free to get creative with the fillings and seasonings, then add your favorite sauce and a big green salad and dinner is done. Flatbread does it again!
Meaty Ravioli
Ingredients
- Makes 18-20 raviolis
- 2 Flatout flatbread wraps
- 1/2 cup pre-cooked ground meat (seasoned to taste)
- Your favorite pasta sauce
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.In a small bullet blender, purée meat to create a paste and set aside. With a pizza cutter, slice Flatout flatbreads in 1″ squares, making sure you have an even count. Dollop 1/2 teaspoon of your meat paste onto half the amount of cut squares. With remaining squares, separately run each under warm water for 1-2 seconds to dampen, then top over the squares with meat paste and press edges down firmly to seal ends. Place all sealed ravioli on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Serve with your favorite pasta sauce.
