Grilled Lamb and Roasted Vegetable Foldit® Flatbread Sandwich
- 1 Flatout Foldit® Artisan Flatbread
- ½ lb lamb chunks
- 8 chunks of yellow and red peppers
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 1 oz prepared tsaki sauce
Grill lamb and vegetables until done. Layer meat and vegetables on one half of Flatout FOLD it. Spread sauce on top. Fold in half.
