There’s always room for creative improvisation with Foldit Flatbreads, but for the video, we chose our very favorite things about breakfast. A fluffy scrambled egg, some crispy bacon, a slice or two of avocado leftover from last night’s guacamole, and a handful of cheese, melted together on a wholegrain flatbread? Yes, please!

Flatout Fast Breakfast Sandwich
- 1 Flatout Foldit® Artisan Flatbread
- 2 eggs, cooked
- 2 turkey bacon strips, cooked
- 2 avocado slices
- 1 cheddar slice or small handful of shredded cheddar
Place cooked egg on one side of Foldit. Top with cheese, cooked bacon and avocado. Fold in half. Toast the Foldit in panini press.
