Berry Hand Pie
Ingredients
- 1 Flatout flatbread, Light Original
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 350° F.
2.Place berries in a medium bowl; gently mix in sugar and cornstarch until fruit is well coated.
3.Spoon fruit mixture in center of flatbread; fold in half. Brush egg wash onto flatbread edges. Press down firmly with fingertips to seal.
4.Place hand pie on a nonstick cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from oven. Dust with powdered sugar; slice in half, and serve immediately.
