Egg Salad Wrap
- 1 Flatout flatbread, Light Original
- 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 radish, julienned
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
In a bowl, combine the eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, and radish. Season with salt and pepper to taste. To assemble the flatbread wrap, scoop the egg salad onto the the flatbread and smooth down. Roll up the flatbread, beginning at the rounded end, and cut in half.
