BBQ, Bacon (& Bourbon!) Pizza
If you’re blessed with leftover barbecue and don’t know what to do, don’t just eat it cold out of the refrigerator! Try making a flatbread pizza to really stretch every last drop of smoky, delicious flavor. A handful of pulled pork, burnt ends, or brisket can be turned into another glorious meal when used creatively. Got a little slaw? Throw it on! How about some collard greens? They’re good too! We beefed up our barbecue flatbreads with some crumbled bacon, crisp red onion, and shredded mozzarella, and even sipped on a shot of our favorite bourbon to get the party started.
