Spicy Hawaiian Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 Flatout Artisan Thin Pizza Crust, Spicy Italian
- 3 slices Canadian bacon, cut into strips
- 3 tablespoons pineapple, diced
- 1/4 cup fat-free mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
- Chili flakes
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place Flatout flatbread on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F for two minutes, then remove from the oven. Top with mozzarella cheese, then arrange the Canadian bacon over the cheese, following with the pineapple, then the parmesan cheese. Bake at 375°F for four minutes. Remove flatbread from the oven, sprinkle with chili flakes if desired, and cut into slices.
