Strawberry Stacker
Ingredients
- 1 Flatout Flatbread
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp skim milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 tsp powdered
- 1/2 oz plain non-fat yogurt
- Non-fat cooking spray
Directions
Whisk together egg, milk, and vanilla in a bowl. Set aside. Combine strawberries and sugar. Set aside. Cut each Flatout into 4 pieces Dip each piece into egg mixture. Cook pieces on sprayed skillet at medium high heat until underside is golden brown. Turn Flatout and continue to cook until second side is golden. To assemble: Place 1 Flatout on plate. Spread 1 tsp yogurt and top with strawberries. Repeat for all layers. Dust with powdered sugar and top with strawberry. Enjoy!
