Thin Crust Flatbread Pear & Gorgonzola Pizza


  • 1 Flatout Thin Crust Flatbread
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinaigrette glaze (optional)
  • 1/2 pear, cut into slices
  • 2 Tbsp bacon, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp candied pecan pieces
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
  • 1/2 cup mixed baby greens


Place Flatout on a cookie sheet. Bake at 375°F for two minutes. Remove and top with cheeses, pear and pecans. Bake at 375°F for four minutes. Remove from oven. Top with greens and drizzle with balsamic glaze (optional).
