- 1 Flatout Foldit Protein Flatbread
- 2 Romaine lettuce leaves
- 2 tomato slices
- 2 1/3 cup fresh mozzarella or cottage cheese
- 1 small avocado, mashed
- ½ cup of cooked green beans, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
On a Flatout Foldit Protein flatbread, top with a layer of lettuce leaves, tomato slices, cheese, mashed avocado and green beans. Season with a little salt to taste.
Close the flatbread and enjoy.
