  • 2 servings
  • 1 Flatout Foldit Protein Flatbread
  • 2 Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 2 tomato slices
  • 2 1/3 cup fresh mozzarella or cottage cheese
  • 1 small avocado, mashed
  • ½ cup of cooked green beans, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


On a Flatout Foldit Protein flatbread, top with a layer of lettuce leaves, tomato slices, cheese, mashed avocado and green beans. Season with a little salt to taste.
Close the flatbread and enjoy.
