- 1 Flatout Flatbread Wrap
- 1/3 cup rice, cooked
- 1/3 cup chicken, medium diced
- 1/3 cup mixed frozen vegetables
- 1 zucchini, julienned
- ¼ cup shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Season the chicken, frozen vegetables and zucchini with fajita spices and add to the pan. Let simmer about 15 minutes. When chicken is fully cooked and vegetables softened, remove from heat. Scoop the chicken and vegetables onto a Flatout wrap and add rice and shredded cheese. Roll.
