Known for their engaging and passionate live shows that keep them touring year-round, Red Wanting Blue is a quintessential American rock n’ roll band. Flatout talked to them about what it’s like to eat healthy while on the road, and they were kind enough to share a band tested recipe for a BBQ chicken flatbread inspired by one of their favorite places. Tipsy Chicken Pizza
- 1 Flatout® Artisan Thin Crust Flatbread
- 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/3 cup Monterrey Jack cheese
- 4 ounces grilled chicken breast, shredded
- 1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 1 slice bacon, cooked and crumbled
- non-stick baking spray
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a large baking sheet with non-stick baking spray. Put 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce flatbread and spread evenly on the flatbread. Sprinkle cheese over the flatbread. Mix the remaining BBQ sauce with the grilled chicken and place on pizzas. Top with mushroom, onion and bacon. Bake for 5 minutes.
