Thin Crust Flatbread Pear & Gorgonzola Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 Flatout Thin Crust Flatbread
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinaigrette glaze (optional)
- 1/2 pear, cut into slices
- 2 Tbsp bacon, chopped
- 2 Tbsp candied pecan pieces
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
- 1/2 cup mixed baby greens
Directions
Place Flatout on a cookie sheet. Bake at 375°F for two minutes. Remove and top with cheeses, pear and pecans. Bake at 375°F for four minutes. Remove from oven. Top with greens and drizzle with balsamic glaze (optional).
