Sweet and Creamy Fruit Nachos

Ingredients

  • Serves: 4-6
  • 4 Flatout Flatbread Pizza Crusts cut in triangles
  • 1 cup of mixed fresh berries
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons of butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

On a baking sheet, spread out the flatbread triangles. Brush with half of the butter and place in oven for 7 minutes.

Remove baking sheet from oven, turn flatbread triangles over and coat with the rest of the butter. Place in oven for another 5-7 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and set aside.

In medium mixing bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Place flatbread triangles in mixing bowl and coat with cinnamon sugar. Place coated triangles on serving dish. Top with fruit and drizzled condensed milk. Enjoy!
