Spicy Baked Taco Shells

  • FoldIt Tacos – with seasoned shell
  • Sriracha Sauce
  • 1 pound ground meat of choice
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • shredded cheese

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Cut Flatout Foldit in half and brush Sriracha sauce on one side. Hang each in oven over rack so they form a taco shell. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are crisp. Let cool for 1 minute. Brown meat with taco seasoning. Drain. Fill taco shells with meat, lettuce, tomato and cheese.
