Sausage & Pesto Pizza
- 1 Flatout Artisan Thin Pizza Crust, Rustic White
- 2 tablespoons pesto
- 1 turkey sausage link, sweet Italian, cooked and crumbled
- 2 ounces reduced fat feta cheese
- 1 teaspoon pine nuts
- 5 Kalamata olives
- 1/3 red bell pepper, sliced thinly
- Freshly ground salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F. Place Flatout flatbread on a cookie sheet. Bake at 375°F for two minutes. Remove from the oven, and spread the pesto over the flatbread, then top with feta, sausage, peppers, olives, and pine nuts. Bake at 375°F for four minutes, or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and cut into slices to share.
