Salchipapas Omelet Wrap

  • 1 Flatout Flatbread wrap, Light Original
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 small potato, diced
  • 2 sausages, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper


Heat the vegetable oil in a small skillet, and fry the potato until golden brown.Transfer potatoes to a paper towel-lined plate and set aside.

In the same skillet fry the sausages. Add the reserved potatoes and the parsley.

Season the eggs with salt and pepper and pour on top of the potatoes and sausages, cooking at medium heat until set. Turn the omelet to cook the other side for one minute.


Gently move the omelet over on top of the flatbread, then roll it up like a jelly roll. Slice in half and serve
