Mango Basil 6 Ingredient Flatbread Pizza
- 2 Flatout® Flatbread Artisan Thin Pizza Crusts
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2/3 cup tomato basil sauce
- 1 cup mango, chopped
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
- 3 oz Canadian bacon
- non-stick baking spray
- Serves 2
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a large cookie sheet with non-stick baking spray. Evenly divide the tomato sauce between the 2 flatbreads. Then, sprinkle on the cheese followed by the mango and Canadian bacon. Top with the fresh basil. Bake for about 6-8 minutes. Serve immediately.
