The beauty of this recipe is that it is so completely simple, yet ingenious. Flatbread makes a good morning fabulous with its debut as French toast, filled with luscious nut butter and topped with fresh fruit. Watching what you eat, especially carbs, doesn’t mean you have to do without: let Flatout flatbread help you with that! French Toast

Ingredients

  • 1-2 Flatout flatbreads
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup Justin’s Nut Butter
  • Coconut oil

Directions

Beat eggs in a shallow bowl. Coat flatbread with egg mixture, using a brush or dipping into the bowl. Heat a non-stick pan with some coconut oil and place a coated flatbread in pan for about a minute on each side, until toasty. Spread Justin’s Nut Butter on one side of the bread and fold over. Serve with fresh fruit, syrup, or pomegranate molasses.
