Flatout Honey Wheat Flatbread Chips & Strawberries

- Honey Wheat Flatout flatbread
- Fresh Strawberries
- 1 cup mini dark chocolate morsels
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Stir the cinnamon and sugar together. Place the flatbreads on a cutting board and cut them into chip sized pieces using a pizza cutter. Place the chip pieces on a non-stick baking sheet coated with non-stick cooking spray. Baste the chips with a light layer of canola oil. Season the chips with the cinnamon and sugar mixture. Bake them for 7-10 minutes until toasted and crisp, then remove them from the oven and look to cool. Rinse the strawberries, remove the greens and cut them in half. Place one strawberry on top of each cinnamon chip.
Melt the chocolate:
Melt the chocolate in a glass bowl in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir to finish melting the chocolate morsels. Drizzle the melted chocolate over each strawberry covered chip. Let the chocolate set and serve.
