Chicken Avocado Pizza

Chicken Avocado Pizza


  • 1 Flatout® Artisan Thin Crust Flatbread
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced
  • 1 scallion, diced
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • Chopped fresh cilantro for serving


Preheat oven to 375° F.
Spray a large baking sheet with non-stick baking spray. Place flatbread on the baking sheet, cook in the oven for 3 minutes. Remove from oven.
In a medium bowl mix the chicken with the tomato sauce. Set aside.
Sprinkle the cheese over the flatbread. Place the chicken on top of the cheese. Top with jalapeño and scallions. Return to oven and bake for 5 minutes. Top with the sliced avocado and fresh cilantro.

    Love them! Will never buy pizza again! I just put mine in toaster oven at 350 until nice and crispy with all ingredients on it!
