These little pizza bites are elegant and easy to make for an impromptu get together. Just add some California sparkling wine, and you’ve got one memorable party!

Sacramento: Caviar Flatbread Pizza Bites
Ingredients
- 1 package Flatout Foldits
- 1 ounce caviar
- 4 ounces smoked salmon
- 1/3 cup crème fraîche
- 1 egg, hardboiled and pressed through a mesh screen sieve (or fine chopped)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- lemon wedges
- fresh dill sprigs
Directions
In a sauté pan, heat olive oil and heat the flatbread on both sides until slightly crispy. Remove from heat and serve the flatbread topped with a dollop of crème fraîche, salmon, caviar, egg crumbles, a dill sprig, and a squirt of lemon. Cut Foldits in half so each side is a circle, and serve.
