Baked Christmas Breakfast Pinwheel
Ingredients
- 1 Flatout Flatbread
- 2 eggs, scrambled
- 1/3 cup breakfast sausage, cooked (Jimmy Dean)
- 1/4 cup shredded mixed blend cheese
- 1 tablespoon red pepper, chopped
- Low fat cooking spray
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 tablespoon avocados, diced
- 1 tablespoon red salsa
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350°F. On one rounded end place the scrambled eggs, top with the cooked sausage, peppers and Mexican blend cheese. Roll tightly. Lightly spray rolled wrap with cooking spray. Bake on a sheet pan for 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Remove. Slice into pinwheels. Top with dollops of sour cream, salsa and avocado pieces. Serve.
